    As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating various desserts in our hotel's kitchen. Your duties include following recipes to produce pastries, cookies, and other baked goods, developing new recipes, and managing inventory.

    Key requirements for this role include:

    • Matriculation or equivalent
    • Culinary Arts Diploma or similar qualification
    • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a 4/5-star hotel
    • Pastry Qualification advantageous
    • A'la Carte and Banqueting experience essential
