    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Science or Business Administration.
    • Minimum of 7 years in Change Management, with expertise in stakeholder analysis and management.
    • Strong coaching and leadership skills to enable executive sponsorship of organizational changes.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to assess people change impacts and develop effective mitigation strategies.
    • Experience in tracking, measuring, and reporting change outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
