    Sales Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team in the solar and electrical distribution sector. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, fostering lasting customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Leadership: Drive the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
    • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations.
    • Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand market share.
    • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and generate reports to track team performance and market trends.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
    • Product Expertise: Stay updated on solar and electrical products, industry advancements, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
    • CRM Management: Oversee the effective use of CRM tools to manage customer pipelines and streamline sales processes.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the solar or electrical distribution industry.
    • Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced industry, and passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
