We are looking for a product and marketing manager who will identify the need in the market and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfil, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality.

We are looking for someone who will work at a National and International Level.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Creating buyin for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Developing product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick timetomarket and optimal resources.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Develop and Drive product launches.
  • Drive Design and Development with the Manufacturing and regulatory team
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the product reputation.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our design team that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Oversee and approve marketing and training material for internal and external use.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all product, Marketing, Customer, training, and documentation needs.
  • ID the Need design and Facilitate workshops.
  • Design, develop, and deliver curriculum and training collateral to support knowledge sharing programs.
  • Identify training tools to deliver for use internally and externally on an ongoing and sustainable basis.
  • Responsible for all aspects of planning, leading, and organizing employee technical product learning programs and supporting collateral.
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course.

Qualifications, Requirements, and skills

  • Medical Background a qualified registered nurse with intheatre experience
  • Proven work experience in product management
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to Management.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An open and inquiring mind that identifies opportunities, makes and plan and ensures completion.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage changing business requirements, projects, and resources, adapting accordingly and positively.
  • Experience in creating training curriculums and learning tools for global markets.
  • Ability to implement strategies, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
  • Designs and develops endtoend solutions for Product Training curricula by providing effective learning solutions in a variety of delivery channels (virtual, and online)

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)
