    Customer Business Solutions Specialist

    We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Africa Global Logistics South Africa.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading logistics company, leveraging your expertise in commercial and operational solutions to drive business growth. You will be responsible for collaborating with our Regional Customer Business Solutions Manager to implement and promote Bolloré Logistics Global Business Solutions among customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Raise awareness and understanding of Business Solutions and systems among sales teams.
    • Accompany commercial teams in promoting and implementing global business solutions to clients.
    • Train customers on Business Solutions tools, including LINK, LINK APP, LINK CONNECT/EDI, and REPORTING.
    • Drive comprehensive implementation of end-to-end follow-up processes, including single tracking references and Africa-Africa trades.
    • Implement procedures and improvement actions to facilitate automatic data exchange.
    • Analyze failures of end-to-end trades and liaise with technical teams to address problems.
    • Capture requirements needs and/or functional requirements specification of Business Solutions systems evolution.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of logistic freight forwarder processes and supporting system landscapes.
    • 3-5 years of experience with logistic systems or other major transport management systems.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent English proficiency (French and Portuguese is a plus).
