    About the Role

    • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing, projects team and sales support, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Presentation and Proposal Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.
    • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and identify new business opportunities.
    • Networking and Event Participation: Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and expand our customer base.
    • Sales Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and sales reports.

    Requirements

    • Client Relationship Management: Proven track record of success in client relationship management, both corporate and individual.
    • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Sales and Key Account Management Skills: Excellent sales and key account management skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Refrigeration Industry Experience: Refrigeration industry experience preferred, but not required.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and related equipment.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
    • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
    • Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
