    Job Purpose:

    A nearly or newly qualified actuary is sought to join the group actuarial team at Hollard. This team consolidates results from a statutory and management perspective, runs first-line actuarial review committees, and contributes to multiple ad-hoc projects within the group.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Group Financial Reporting: Complete and review the Group's Statutory Annual Returns (SAM) and build stronger financial reporting standards across the Hollard Group.
    • Capital Relief and Optimization: Identify opportunities for capital relief and optimization across the Hollard Group.
    • Consolidated Group Internal Reporting: Prepare consolidated group internal reports for internal management, Board reports, and other ad-hoc requirements.
    • Actuarial Projects: Complete actuarial projects assigned for completion.
    • Support to Short-term and Life Actuarial Teams: Provide support to the Short-term and Life corporate actuarial teams as needed.
    • Running Internal Actuarial Committees: Assist in running internal actuarial committees, including the Capital Committee, Life Liability Committee, and Short Term Liability Committee.
    • Competitor Analysis: Run competitor analysis across the insurance industry.
