About the position
- Call FSI, key account and general trade customers for orders.
- Capture orders on the paradigm system.
- Call merchandisers for orders, stocks on hand and stock counts.
- Communicate with field managers on out of stocks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arrange priorities to meet changing demands
- Adjust quickly to new responsibilities and tasks
- Clarify customers' needs
- Confirm orders and double check quantities
- Meet or exceed customers' needs
- Identify underlying issues
- Identify and allocate resources
Minimum requirements:
- Must have Matric
- 2 years' experience in Telesales
Other requirements
- The position may occasionally require you to work weekends.
