    Senior Legal Counsel plays a pivotal role in providing strategic legal support, reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance and managing legal risks within iOCO Digital. This seasoned professional will leverage their strong background in corporate law, contract management, and governance to drive digital transformation initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Commercial and Corporate Legal Advice: Provide expert legal advice to business partners and internal stakeholders with minimal supervision, mitigating legal risks and resolving complex legal issues while supporting key business initiatives.
    • Strategic Project Leadership: Serve as the legal lead on strategic projects, participating in project teams and working groups, providing critical legal insights and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Drafting and Negotiation: Exhibit advanced proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements essential to the business.
    • Commercial Acumen: Apply deep understanding of the business landscape to align legal advice with the company's commercial objectives, ensuring that legal strategies support business growth and success.
    • Judgement and Decision-Making: Utilize strong judgement and decision-making skills to navigate complex legal matters, providing sound advice that reflects the best interests of the business.
    • Collaboration and Team Engagement: Foster a collaborative work environment, engaging effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

    About You:

    • Extensive post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally within a similar industry or in a senior legal role.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Experience in the IT industry will be an advantage, including working with OEMs.

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
