    Senior Digital Delivery Technician (Modeller)

    Summary: Provide complex design modelling tasks, prepare tender/construction documents and technical support services to meet requirements of functional group and clients.

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Technician (Modeller) to provide high-level technical expertise in design modelling, document preparation and technical support services. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to deliver accurate and efficient solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Complex Design Modelling:
      • Create detailed 3D models and designs using Autodesk software
      • Develop and maintain standardised templates and libraries
    2. Tender/Construction Document Preparation:
      • Prepare and submit high-quality tender documents and construction drawings
    3. Technical Support Services:
      • Provide technical assistance to project teams to meet client requirements

    Instructions:

    This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. If you have experience in design modelling, document preparation and technical support services, we encourage you to apply.

    Language: English

    Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

    • Professional registration in drawing/modelling (Autodesk certification preferred)
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
    • Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D/AutoCAD, Relux/Dialux or discipline-specific software
