    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Advisor to join our team in Witbank. As a Strategic Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, including:

    • Mergers and acquisitions: assisting clients with strategic decision-making, due diligence, and transaction execution;
    • Capital raising: advising clients on capital structure optimization, equity financing, and debt restructuring;
    • Corporate restructuring: helping clients navigate complex financial situations, including bankruptcy and insolvency.

    Requirements
