Purpose of the role
Co-ordination of the AR portfolio across the Core Group of Companies Group and subsidiaries.


Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of company accounts.
  • Review and update of customers on hold
  • Approval of orders released on accounts with credit.
  • Contractual billings and compliance of billings
  • Ad hoc billings (Marketing, Apple, Sell out and margin)
  • Statement of billings raised by customers
  • AR adjustments
  • Return claims allocations
  • Monthly reconciliations of all accounts with balances

Required skills and qualifications

  • Completed Matric
  • Completed B Com Finance degree or similar
  • 2 years' experience within accounts receivable or credit control
  • Experience within product focussed industry would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with Syspro
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
