Franchise Manager

Fast paced environment.

Must have own reliable vehicle and must be prepared to travel long distances.

Must have QSR experience in a similar role.

Required to oversee Franchised stores.

Monitor progress of stores.

Audit and evaluate stores and provide feedback.

Ensure proper standards are maintained.

Conduct regular environmental scans of competitor activities (price, product, layouts and promotions) and external socio-economic factors so that appropriate changes/action can be taken where applicable.

Ensure that the regions, areas and stores are informed on appropriate product/menu mix based on its specific customer profiles and customer trends.

Analyse the business and provide suggestions for improvements to ensure profitability.

Collaborate with the Project team in recommending new store locations in order to ensure a footprint expansion.

Ensure that stores comply with Local Store Marketing Initiatives.

Training of staff on standard operating procedures.

Project management experience will be beneficial.

Assistance with the opening of new stores.

Pay:
R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
