    As a key member of the TFG Sports Division team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Team Management: Collaborate with store management to provide outstanding leadership and guidance to the store team, ensuring they execute operational tasks with a customer-centric mindset.
    • Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient allocation of resources, prioritize tasks, and drive results through effective time management and task completion.
    • Merchandise and Visual Principles: Contribute to merchandise planning and visual display standards, ensuring stores are visually appealing and aligned with business objectives.
    • KPI Performance: Monitor and improve store performance metrics, including turnover, rewards, new accounts, and visuals.

    Requirements:

    • A Matric certificate is required.
    • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year of store leadership experience.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and demonstrate flexibility.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a high sense of urgency and excellent communication skills.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Flexibility to work varied schedules as needed to meet business requirements.

    Estimated Salary: R550,000 - R650,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
