Currently we are searching for a Customer service representative for Johannesburg, South Africa.Responsibilities of this Post:
Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Liaise with multiple departments effectively to get the correct information to clients.
Ensure that administrative duties are accurate and timely.
Solve complex problems through teamwork and creativity.
Work together in a team to reach targets.
Ensure individual targets are met daily as set out by management.
Ensure that all company guidelines are followed by clients.
Requirements of this Post:
Matric.
Two to five years' experience as customer service representative.
Must be energetic, with a positive and friendly attitude.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Punctuality and good telephone etiquette.
