At Fidelity Services Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CIT Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring that Cash in Transit operations are conducted according to planned procedures and schedules.

About the Role
The CIT Team Leader will take full responsibility and accountability for the vehicle, reporting mechanical faults, refuelling, operating security systems, and maintaining cleanliness. They will also assist with daily operational requirements, ensure security and manage movement of CIT schedules during transit, and drive the CIT vehicle when needed. Additionally, they will maintain contact with controllers, carry out security drills, and liaise with clients and staff.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a clear criminal record, PSIRA accreditation, a minimum Grade C qualification, and a Cash In Transit certificate. You should also possess firearm competency, be computer literate, and have at least 3 years of experience in the security industry or a similar role. Furthermore, you should be able to work under pressure, be prepared to work irregular hours, and have a valid driver's license.

Key Performance Areas
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking preventative actions towards reported suspicious activity, completing documentation and administration, and reporting delays to the Operations Manager immediately. They will also be expected to maintain risk management and compliance, and possess good verbal and language abilities, as well as being honest and reliable.
