About the role:
HR Manager will focus on Training and Development as well as the Full HR function.

About the Company:
Well-established NPO

Min requirements:

Matric with Bcom degree level in Human Resource Management.
4+ years' experience in Human Resources,
Must have Training and Development experience (Facilitating, designing training material, staff development, coordinating training, etc)
Must have a solid working knowledge of HR and relevant labour legislation.
NPO / NGO industry experience
Review and develop HR training programs
Develop, implement, and able to maintain onboarding programs
Able to implement and manage Performance management system
All relevant HR administrative duties as required
Full spec will be discussed in the interview.

Remuneration:
R41000

Salary:
Up to R41,000.00 per month
