Responsibilities:
- Full function of Accounts Payable (except stock)
- Issuing of Purchase Orders / Signing off on supplier orders
- Issuing notices of service cancellations to suppliers where required
- Attending monthly / quarterly supplier engagement meetings to represent finance
- Verifying completeness and accuracy of supplier billing
- Identifying, logging and managing disputes of suppliers to prompt resolution
- Obtaining internal approvals on supplier invoices where necessary
- CPT stock backup – issuing and receiving stock (physically & recording system transactions)
- Customer to Supplier completeness (monthly check) – new services, existing services, terminated services
- Ensure timeous capturing of approved supplier invoices to ensure supplier payments are timeous
- Ensure VAT compliance on all supplier invoices capturing
Requirements - Relevant financial qualification
- 5 years experience
- Sage experience
