      • Collaborate with the team and management to set achievable sales goals and contribute to overall growth.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
      • Conduct regular market research to identify potential leads, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.

    Requirements:
    3+ years of relevant experience
    Proven experience as a Sales Representative within the firearms industry.
    Strong passion for firearms and solid understanding of firearms terminology and technology.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    Familiarity with the local firearms market and industry trends.
    Familiarity with firearms regulations and legal requirements related to storage, handling, and transportation.
    Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and internal ERP system.
    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
