    Description

    Dealership Service Manager Position

    This is a high-level management role within our Dealership, requiring expertise in automotive service operations.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Leading the Service Department with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
    • Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Dealership Service Manager in the Automotive Industry.
    • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make informed decisions quickly.
    • Relevant tertiary qualification and strong working knowledge of automotive workshop management disciplines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

    Salary and Benefits

    • Competitive basic salary based on experience, ranging from R 25,000 to R 30,000 per month.
    • Incentives and benefits package, including bonuses and allowances.
