MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


The Project manager will be responsible for the planning, processing, and execution of a project, this includes the scope, start and finish to achieve business outcomes.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work directly with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
  • Overseeing all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Minute keeping
  • The execution of projects through build/test/deploy phases using both agile and waterfall approaches as appropriate.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. Risk management
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Report the project status internally and to the customer stakeholders.
  • Monitor, analyze, and control key project parameters.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Matric
  • Relevant Degree/Diploma advantageous
  • Must have a project management qualification.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years project management experience within a contact centre/corporate environment.
  • PRINCE 2 Certification advantageous
  • Good understanding of Agile and Scrum Methodologies

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage time and resources.
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • People Management Skills

Salary:
Market related (Dependent on skill, experience and proof of income)
