- Responsible for the full end to end talent acquisition process.
- Collaboratively consult with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates.
- Identify risks and gaps for pipelining of skills (specialist & scarce skill roles for agreed capabilities)
- Build employer brand to attract talent.
- Proactive sourcing/Internet sourcing to create applicant pools and talent pipelines.
- Strategically attract candidates using social media, employment agencies, professional associations and employee referral programs.
- Evaluates applications, review resumes and completes initial screening to establish a narrow candidate pool.
- Makes recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.
- Proactively manages risk by ensuring that Talent Acquisition Policy is adhered to at all times.
- Monitors and interprets Acquisition data to identify trends and suggests and implements actions where required.
- Researches, recommends and executes best practice in Talent Acquisition.
- Stakeholder management, ensuring relationships are maintained with current stakeholder and building relationships with new partners.

- Matric
- 3 year related degree or diploma required (HR/Commerce/ Behavioral Science)
- Proven experience working as a Talent Acquisition specialist, with experience using online sourcing platforms.
- Excellent MS Office skills with a strong focus on MS Excel
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Appropriate management of confidential information
- Ability to analyze and integrate information and data.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High level of ownership
- Excellent planning and organizing competence.
