    We are seeking a talented Junior Product Designer to join our team. As a Junior Product Designer, you will play a key role in enhancing the user experience by assisting with research, creating wireframes, and developing prototypes that align with the product vision.

    Responsibilities

    • Saving Time for Designers
      • Assist in creating innovative solutions for various product design challenges under guidance.
      • Contribute to design for both new experiences and improvements to existing ones.
      • Focus on understanding and implementing strategic design directions provided by senior team members.
      • Iterate on interactive design solutions based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals with mentorship.
    • User Research and Analysis
      • Participate in user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, with support from senior designers.
      • Help create user personas and journey maps based on research findings.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies, applying insights to tasks as needed.
      • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate user insights into the product.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
      • Support senior designers in advocating for design solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.
      • Assist in fostering collaboration between the design team and other departments.
      • Work closely with developers and product owners throughout stages of the production cycle to refine designs.
      • Participate in presenting design work and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
      • Contribute to the design team's collective knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
    • Design Execution and Delivery
      • Create storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas with guidance.
      • Develop user-friendly and visually appealing work, focusing on foundational design principles.
      • Assist in assessing and optimizing design features through feedback and performance metrics.
      • Maintain and follow user-interface specifications and design documentation for consistency.
    • Process Contribution and Continuous Improvement
      • Support the validation and iteration of design solutions through feedback sessions and testing activities.
      • Help adapt product experiences for different audiences and devices, focusing on responsive and accessible design.
      • Collaborate on web and mobile product concepts as part of a cross-functional team.
      • Adhere to established UX principles, processes, and design systems.
    • Team Collaboration and Learning
      • Work closely with the design team and other stakeholders to learn and align with overall product goals.
      • Participate in discussions with Tech Leads and senior designers to refine interaction architecture and behavior.
      • Contribute to an environment that promotes consistent UI / UX principles and collaboration.

      Requirements

      • Degree or diploma in Design, User Experience (UX), Graphic Design, or a related field.
      • Alternatively, a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience can substitute for formal education.
      • 0 to 2 years of professional experience in product design, UX / UI design, or a related field.
      • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
      • Basic understanding of prototyping tools and methods.
      • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and basic interaction design principles.
      • Familiarity with responsive and accessible design practices.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
      • Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML / CSS / JavaScript) to understand technical constraints (nice to have).
      • Exposure to agile development processes or tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana (nice to have).
