    • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
    • 3-7 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying
    • Experience working on commercial, retail, and residential developments is essential
    • SACQSP registration In progress or early registration is preferred
    • Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal frameworks
    • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Buildsoft, CostX, WinQS)

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in estimating costs and preparing detailed cost plans for construction projects

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

    • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards

    • Analyze and interpret construction data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget

    • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key project milestones and outcomes

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying

    • 3-7 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying
