Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• NQF Level 7
• Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering, Fluid Dynamics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in a technical role, with a focus on fluid technology and hydraulics (5+ years)
• Proven track record in product development and management
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in fluid technology and hydraulics

Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead and oversee the development of new products in the field of fluid technology and hydraulics, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and manage robust quality assurance processes, ensuring the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety in our fluid technology products.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical authority in fluid technology and hydraulics, providing guidance to cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, and production.
• Customer Technical Support: Offer technical expertise to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on technical aspects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in fluid technology and hydraulics to drive continuous improvement.
