    Office Administrator Role

    This is a remote position requiring an 8:45 am to 5:30 pm schedule, with flexibility for private appointments during the day if necessary.

    About You

    We are seeking a highly organized individual with experience as an Office Administrator. One of the most recognizable agents renting and selling properties in central London would like to hear from you.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Rigorous Referencing Checks: Conduct thorough referencing checks on applicants, including references from landlords, employers, banks, credit checks, ID verification, and address validation.
    • Tenancy Coordination: Prepare tenancy agreements, manage payments, and ensure properties are ready for occupation. This includes addressing maintenance issues, cleaning, booking inventories, right-to-rent checks, compliance checks, and deposit registration.
    • Office and Team Support: Update databases, release keys to contractors, manage the key log, greet clients, handle phone calls and correspondence, and assist with administrative tasks.
    • Office Management: Maintain a fully stocked office, keep a tidy workspace, complete filing, and refresh window displays regularly.
    • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing campaigns, including letter drops, online marketing, giveaways, and networking events.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, preferably within the property industry.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail.
    • Effective time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in office software.
    • Strong verbal communication skills, excellent written communication and numeracy.
