• Enthusiastic, friendly and well groomed individual with sober habits to work in a guest house environment situated in Panorama, Cape Town.
• The person should be passionate about working with people.
• Proactive decision making and judgement
• Team orientated and maintain working relationships
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Be able to multitask, exercise time management and work under pressure
• Excellent English and Afrikaans written and verbal communication skills.

• To be fully conversant with
  Nightsbridge and Online Booking Sites.
• Update establishment information on Online Booking Sites
• Follow up on bookings made and payment of outstanding deposits.
• Checkin and checkout of guests.
• Supervise housekeeping.
• Must be flexible in working weekends and holidays

• Matric or NQF level 4 certificate
• At least 3 years experience in a Hotel or Guest House will be to your advantage.
• Working knowledge of
  Nightsbridge and Online Booking Sites.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
• English, Afrikaans and any other language will be to your advantage.

• Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)
