The Purpose of your role

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the KPI/Reporting claims for the commercial teams.
  • Checking and validating claims
  • Adjusting claims
  • Full training provided.
  • Needs to be good with excel and calculating gross profit and net profit.
  • Analytical mindset
  • Use of salesforce an advantage
  • Keen eye for detail

What good looks like for this role

  • You will be counted on to manage your own case load in a timely and professional manner dealing with all manner of queries and disputes. There will be tight deadlines every month in order to hit payroll.
  • In more difficult cases you will need to decide when to escalate or seek approval for processing of the claim
  • You must be cool under pressure and will need to be confident in your role as you will be dealing with individuals in senior positions and our sales workforce.
  • You will need to create and maintain strong relationships within the organisation, as you will be working with other teams across the business to ensure accuracy of commission statements that you will be producing
  • This is an extremely fast paced team, you need to be tenacious, conscientious, efficient, and diligent at all times.

Requirements for the role

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work under own initiative.
  • Must be able to prioritise workload.
  • Must have KPI and stats reporting experiance

What you also need to know


  • Monday to Friday
  • Hours will be core UK hours (9am 5.30pm)
  • You'll be working under our Revenue Operations Director
