    Job summary

    The Software Quality Assurance Intern will be crucial in maintaining high-quality software products through testing both new features and existing functionalities, creating documentation, managing tasks, and collecting user feedback.

    Responsibilities

    Testing new features
    • Perform comprehensive testing on new software features to ensure they meet our quality standards
    • Engage in performance, functional, and validation testing
    Testing existing functionalities
    • Regularly test existing software functionalities to identify and document any bugs or issues
    • Utilize exploratory and randomized testing methods to uncover potential unseen issues
    Documentation
    • Create user-friendly documentation for our SecureOffice (SO) knowledge base
    • Develop guides, how-tos, and FAQs that are easily accessible through icons within the SO interface
    Task management assistance
    • Monitor and follow up on idle tasks to ensure project progress and deadline adherence
    • Help coordinate tasks and maintain an organized workflow within projects
    Scoping and wire-framing
    • Assist in the scoping of new modules or modifications to existing ones
    • Participate in wire-framing processes to help define software enhancement requirements and designs
    User feedback collection
    • Proactively collect user feedback on modules or changes in trial or recently released
    • Analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities for future development
    Requirements
    • Enrolment in or recent graduation from a program in computer science, information technology, or related field
    • Basic understanding of software development and quality assurance principles
