Job Purpose:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible to coordinate and manage workflow within the Marketing department with particular focus on PR. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for social media community management.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for all PR requirements from building relationships and liaising with media houses to handling hires image requests.
Social Media Community management responsible for responding to all incoming messages and queries across instagram, facebook and the website.
Managing the workflow of marketing requests from external team such as retail, buying visual merchandising and Weylandtstudio, to ensure their marketing related requirements are always being met, and briefing in production elements to suppliers when necessary.
Assist the Marketing Manager with any ad hoc marketing activities such as event coordination, production admin, store requirements or market research.
Assist creatives and marketing team with briefing suppliers, requesting quotes, and any administrative relating to the production of content.
Responsible for managing the production of the wine labels and boxes for Maison farm (Weylandts wine estate)

Functional Skills:

Diploma or degree in Marketing or Logistics (advantageous)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing
Experience and understanding of retail environment and a feel for décor, trends and the premium retail market is advantageous
Strong administration and coordination skills
