    Job Overview

    The Sales Representative role is critical to our growth and development.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Achieve sales targets by managing and growing customers.
    2. Develop and implement a strategic Sales Plan to expand our customer base.
    3. Promote products and services to hardware retailers in the Gauteng region.
    4. Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
    5. Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally.
    6. Prepare sales budgets and projections.
    7. Track and analyze sales statistics.
    8. Maintain relationships with key clients.
    9. Resolve customer complaints.
    10. Identify emerging markets for new sales opportunities.
    11. Define and execute territory sales plans.
    12. Liaise with Senior Management and submit progress reports.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Experience in sales with a proven track record of achievement.
