Requirements:

At least 5 years plus experience in upmarket/ high end Deli / restaurant environment

5 years plus experience in a supervisory/ team management role

Computer skills

Experience in protocol and staff management

Understanding of food retail


Soft skills:

Guest service and liaison skills are essential

Hands on approach

Ability to multitask

Excellent time management skills

Ability to grow a retail base and grow a business


Ability to commute/relocate:
