    Industrial Electrician/Team Leader

    SUMMARY

    We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician/Team Leader to lead our electrical teams and take their career to the next level in a dynamic company based in Cape Town.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment including control panels, motors, and machinery.
    • Diagnose and replace faulty electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
    • Oversee and manage daily operations ensuring safety and efficiency.
    • Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.
    • Handle emergency call-outs and breakdowns minimizing downtime.
    • Travel occasionally to support customer needs and service requirements.
    • Continue professional development in PLC programming panel building and refrigeration.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant electrical qualification (Trade Tested N5 N6).
    • 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical safety codes and regulations.
    • Willingness to travel and work overtime/rotational shifts as needed.

    ESTIMATED SALARY R800 000 - R1 200 000 per annum
