We are in the market for Customer focused and resulted oriented individuals, with sound problem solving and interpersonal skills to deliver effective engagements to customers in the USA for one of our clients in the automotive industry, as a customer service representative your duties will include scheduling service appointments, making outgoing Sales and Service calls including CSI calls, recall appointment calls and declining service appointment calls.


Key responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming communication from customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer engagements.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an international call centre customer service role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • A matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Must have a driver's license or have driving experience.
  • Experience in working in a highvolume customer service environment.
  • Comprehension of measurable goals set by your previous employer (s)
