Tenant screening and lease agreements

Rent collection and arrears management

Marketing and advertising vacant properties

Coordinating repairs and maintenance

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Providing excellent customer service

The ideal candidate must have:

2+ years of experience in property management

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. Rental Housing Act, CPA and PPRA)
