    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and placements.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
    • Minimum of 1 year in recruitment or a solid understanding of recruitment basics.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive basic salary of R25,000 per month (excluding commission).
    • A commission structure that rewards success.
