    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to join our team.

    • Manage and coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and staying within budget.
    • Develop event strategies and concepts that align with client goals.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Creating detailed event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are executed on time.
    • Overseeing logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and equipment setup.
    • Acting as the primary point of contact between the client, team members, and vendors.
    • Maintaining open and clear communication to ensure everyone is on the same page.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a related field.
    • Skilled in project management and able to work independently.
    • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Package & Remuneration
