    About the Role

    As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and increase efficiency within organizations.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and understand their requirements for process improvement.
    • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing company and Group business processes to determine their suitability for automation, considering factors such as volume, frequency, complexity, and potential ROI.
    • Solution Design: Design RPA solutions using appropriate tools and technologies, defining workflows, logic, data handling, error handling, and integration points based on requirements and process analysis.
    • Tool Selection: Evaluate different RPA platforms and tools to select the most suitable ones for specific automation tasks, considering factors like scalability, compatibility, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Development and Configuration: Develop or configure RPA bots using selected tools, which may involve scripting, coding, or using visual workflow designers depending on the chosen platform.
    • Testing: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
    • Deployment: Oversee the deployment of RPA bots into production environments, coordinating with IT teams to ensure proper setup, configuration, and security measures.
    • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of RPA bots and address any issues or errors that arise, performing regular maintenance tasks such as updating workflows, handling exceptions, and optimizing automation processes.
    • Documentation and Training: Document RPA solutions, processes, and best practices for future reference, and provide training and support to business users or other team members on using and managing RPA tools.
    • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing automation solutions and identify new areas for automation within the organization, staying updated on latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or relevant equivalent tertiary qualification complete.
    • At least 7 years of IT work experience, with practical knowledge of high-level programming languages.
    • Extensive experience in software development, process transformation, and workflow management.
    • Strong leadership abilities, decisive, influential, and inspirational.
    • Good communication and analytical skills, with ability to thrive in a dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.
