Job title: Warehouse Manager

Description

At Emporium Human Capital, we are seeking a seasoned Logistics Operations Director to oversee the Distribution of Electronic security equipment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

The Logistics Operations Director will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring effective stock management, conducting monthly stock takes, and managing client ETAs. Additionally, this role will involve managing project loggers, branch IBTs, repairing and exchanging items, and managing divergent stock.

To succeed in this position, you should have a Certificate or Diploma in warehouse / Logistics Management, 5+ years of distribution warehouse experience, 5+ years of staff management experience, and proficiency in ERP Software (Sage Evolution or similar).

Key Responsibilities:

Effective Stock Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of Electronic security equipment
Warehouse Staff Management: Lead and develop a team of warehouse professionals to achieve operational excellence
Stock Takes: Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
Client ETA Management: Coordinate with clients to provide estimated times of arrival for their Electronic security equipment
Project Logger Management: Track and monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement
Branch IBT Management: Manage the inventory and logistics of Electronic security equipment at our branches
Repair and Exchange Management: Coordinate repairs and exchanges of Electronic security equipment as needed
Divergent Stock Management: Oversee the management of non-standard or specialized Electronic security equipment
Departmental Reporting: Provide regular reports on warehouse operations, including stock levels, inventory turnover, and staff performance

Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in warehouse / Logistics Management
5+ years of distribution warehouse experience
5+ years of staff management experience
ERP Software Experience (Sage Evolution or similar)
