As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will utilize your programming and writing skills to analyze, design, and implement systems that meet client requirements.

Customer Authentication Programme

Solution Design:

Assist in designing solutions for integrating biometric authentication and KYC processes.
Develop architectural diagrams and documentation for new authentication systems.

Technical Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation using Confluence.
Ensure documentation complies with international architectural design standards.
Proficiency in UML, PlantUML, and diagramming software is required.

Implementation Support:

Support implementation of biometric and KYC solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.
