    Hiring: Office Manager at our Head Office

    We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee efficient operations and manage various aspects of our office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing and maintaining office systems, including inventory management and financial administration.
    • Procuring goods and services in line with organizational policies.
    • Supervising staff responsible for reception, cleaning, and logistics.
    • Supporting employee recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Managing IT assets and resolving technical issues.
    • Coordinating events and managing bookings for travel and accommodation.
    • Administering the office budget and collaborating with Finance on project budgets.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or equivalent in Business, Administration, or Project Management.
    • Minimum four years' experience in a comparable role.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of local languages an asset.
    • Availability to start immediately is essential.
