    Required Duties:
    Developing relationships with senior existing and new customers
    Identifying and calling on prospective end-users to get the products specified
    Supporting customers with training, site assessments, recommendations, etc
    Negotiating commercial terms e.g. pricing, delivery, etc, with customers
    Advising customers of product developments and special promotions
    Representing the company at exhibitions, events and demonstrations
    Recording all interactions with customers
    Maintaining a database of customers
    Gathering market, competitor and customer information
    Analysing sales statistics and determining sales potential and inventory requirements
    Acquiring product knowledge, Meeting or exceeding sales targets, Compiling regular sales reports
    Manage customer sales complaints
    Developed strategic / business plans for achievement of the operational results for the department in charge: railway products
    Identified market opportunities and developed strategies to promote business
    Ensured good reputation of the company in the market place.
