WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


The
IT intern **is responsible for training Center maintenance and setups for training Hardware & and maintenance, software and user support.

Assist desktop technicians with day-to-day responsibilities. Learning opportunities in the IT field not only on hardware and software but also events setups and requests.

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Configure, build and maintain equipment according to ICT standards.
  • Resolve faults/ problems.
  • Warranties Management of assets.
  • Installation and upgrades.
  • Resolve faults/problems.
  • User support and training.
  • Basic troubleshooting on the LAN issues and connection issues with our IP phones.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Minimum Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent qualification.
  • National Diploma in Information Technology.
  • A+ MCDST N+ MCSE.
  • Microsoft certified IT professional.
  • Ability to function independently in highly pressurized and stressful environments.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive Knowledge in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Windows 7,8 and 10 operating systems.
  • Driving License.
  • Willing to work standby duties as well as planned / unplanned overtime as dictated by working circumstances.
