Monday - Thurs: 12:4- 17:45 and Friday: 12:00 - 17:30

A lovely family is looking for an Au pair for their 2 children

Area:
Bryanston

Children's Ages: 9 and 6 years

Working hours:
Monday - Thurs: 12:4- 17:45 and Friday: 12:00 - 17:30

School holiday hours:
Same as above

Duties:

Plan the day, Prepare lunch and snack for the kids, Prepare clothes for the day, Pick up from school to home or extramurals (swimming, maths, english, karate, piano, netball) - pack extramural items into kids bags/change into extramural kits eg swimming, karate etc.

Homework and school projects, Entertain kids/ stimulate them and sometimes go on outings with them. Bath younger child, supervise older one.

Draft weekly grocery list, Playdates, Drs appointments, kids parties, Liaise with teachers, tutors, coaches when necessary, If there's a family trip, arrange kids clothes - mom will pack.

Special Requirements:
Preferably years. The most important thing is personality. Someone with a kind heart and temperament. Someone with good values.

A person who loves to and wants to work with kids and looks to connect with them and the family.

Willing to adapt and is teachable. My kids tend to connect to people who are loving, kind and attentive to them, who are not distracted. Someone with experience and good planning abilities. Someone who can assist with homework and projects in this age group. She must have matric and demonstrate academic capability. Active person who can play with the kids.

Start Date and contract term:
ASAP - 12 months

Recommended Salary:
R9500pm + SARS rates per km

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
**Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
**Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
**Must have a clear criminal record
**Must have a passion for children
**Must have Matric
**Must have a South African ID document.
