    Job Description

    Santam is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in Gauteng or Western Cape.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver a full end-to-end talent acquisition service in a specific region, ensuring a professional TA service that includes sourcing, interviewing, conducting integrity checks, and offer management.

    This role will also manage the HR onboarding process and implement a TA strategy around recruitment channels to provide a best cost-fit TA solution to the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead the full end-to-end Talent Acquisition process in the business.
    2. Provide training, coaching, and support to the Talent Acquisition team.
    3. Monitor and interpret Talent Acquisition data to identify trends and suggest actions.
    4. Effectively manage Talent Acquisition costs, including agency costs.
    5. Manage stakeholder relationships with the business to audit Talent Acquisition services.

    Requirements

    1. Registered Psychometrist preferable.
    2. 6-10 years of Recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or Volume business, and at least 3 years of talent lead/management experience.
    3. Research methodology, head-hunting, and differentiated sourcing strategies.
    4. Experience working with candidate management systems.
