Our client in the Hospitality Industry is looking for Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance to mitigate potential risks to the Group by providing Global expert advice, and instruction on all legal, governance and compliance matters to the Group.

Tertiary qualification in Compliance or Risk management

Admitted Attorney

5 years in Corporate environment

Registration with local bodies
***:

Risk management
***:
-
Local and International travel
***
Key Functions
***-
Draft, review, advise, negotiate and finalize the Group's contracts and external agreements
***:
-
Engage and manage all correspondence and services between the Group and external legal parties
***:
-
Provide legal advice on general business and industrial relations matters
***:
-
Manage and maintain all the Group's Intellectual property and trademarks portfolio
***:
-
Manage all secretarial requirements of the Group
***:
-
Perform all secretarial functions including to Board functions, preparation of board packs, ensuring appropriate minutes are taken and approved
***:
-
Identify legal risks within contracts and report to relevant stakeholders.

Initiate and facilitate all IATA accreditations in line with the most suitable IATA accreditation model.
