Description
Resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets.Resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required.
Coordinate PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified.
Coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required.
Prepare and coordinate product communication updates.
Assist user departments in drafting system requirement documentation based on business processes.
Ensure that all processes have been investigated / considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements.
Evaluate service requests and architecture change requests.
Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives.
Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements.
Identify and evaluate new and emerging IT technologies.
Meet with Stakeholders, gather requirements, prioritize backlog, evaluate, and present proposed IT solutions.
Enable and support external provider teams to develop and operate IT solutions.
Support the product owner with options for software decisions and product roadmap, based on knowledge of changing customer demands, technical features and conducted technical tests (proof of concepts).
A university degree in a relevant field of study or a comparable qualification.
Experience with enterprise network configurations.
Experience with Databases.
Experience with ITIL processes.
IT experience delivering operations support services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Interest in cloud and new technology stacks.
