    We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Coordinator with customer service expertise to join our marketing team.

    This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive Social Media strategy to enhance our online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues via appropriate channels, maintain product knowledge, and gather customer feedback.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to achieve common goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
    • Define key social media performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging content
    • Work with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
    • Oversee and manage social media content
    • Evaluate the success of each social media campaign
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Utilize social media marketing tools, such as Buffer
    • Maintain SEO and user engagement metrics, suggesting content optimization when necessary
    • Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media to establish strong relationships
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels
    • Escalate serious complaints or issues that require management attention
    • Liaise with branch managers to resolve customer issues effectively
    • Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements to management
    • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
    • Gather and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve products and services
    • Familiarize yourself with new products and services as they are introduced
    • Attend meetings as required
    • Respect client confidentiality
