    We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Application Architect to join our team and take ownership of our enterprise-scale application landscape strategy.

    The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating scalable, secure, and efficient application architectures that align with our business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a custodian of the enterprise-scale application landscape strategy.
    • Apply architectural guidelines and principles to technical solutions.
    • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient application architectures.
    • Ensure integration of applications with existing systems for seamless interoperability.
    • Participate in quality assurance and design authority activities.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and technical impacts on projects.
    • Understand end-to-end business processes, identifying gaps in applications and hybrid cloud-hosted environments.
    • Establish and mature an Enterprise Application Portfolio Management capability.
    • Provide input for system change impact assessments.
    • Ensure governance and compliance for application deployment.
    • Support IT and Project Change Management teams in Change Management activities.
    • Ensure alignment with PMO project delivery requirements and stage gate checks.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • IT Diploma or Degree.
    • Enterprise Architecture Certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in Application and Integration Architecture.
    • Minimum 10 years experience in project/programme management.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale application solutions.
    • Hands-on experience in software development, system integration, and API management.
    • Expertise in cloud-native application development and deployment.
    • Strong project planning, estimation, design, and implementation skills.
    • Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as iServer and Flexera (APM).
    • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior management, business units, suppliers, and IT teams.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel internationally.
