Bearer Network Product Technical Engineer

Employment Type: Fixed Term, Full Time

The role involves working on the commissioning, debugging, cutover and acceptance of transport network products.

Responsibilities:

Commissioning, debugging, and accepting transport network products
Transfer of skills to technical engineers and outsourcing personnel
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period
Taking responsibility for escalated faults from front-line bearer products
Upgrading faults that cannot be handled by second-line bearer products to third-line technical support
Conducting preventive maintenance of bearer products
Providing optimization suggestions or solutions for bearer product network problems

Key tasks include ensuring seamless integration of new transport network products, providing training and support to internal teams, and resolving complex technical issues related to bearer products.
